Arrival / Check-In (7)
We try to accommodate early check-in requests when possible. Early check-in is least likely to be available during peak season (June – August). Please contact the host to request an early check-in.
Guests may access the property from 3 PM the day of check-in until 11 AM the day of checkout by using the keyless entry code provided prior to check-in.
The condo is privately-owned. The front desk does not have keys nor can they authorize access to private units.

Keyless self-check-in is 3 PM local time. The building lobby is open 24 hours a day for guests to pay for the required parking permit.

Yes. Each bed is prepared with a mattress protector, fitted sheet, flat sheet, blanket, and pillows (including pillow protectors and pillowcases). We also included bath towels, wash rags, and hand towels.
There are 4 beds.

- 2 bunk beds (1 person per bed under the age of 12)
- 1 sofa bed (2 people)
A queen-size bed in the bedroom. The 2 bunk beds are 72 inches long and 23 inches wide designed for children under the age of 10. The sofa bed is a queen short mattress.

Thank you for treating the property with respect and keeping in mind that this is an individual’s home and not a hotel room. Please leave the property in a clean, neat, and orderly condition and honor the check-out procedures.
- Empty the refrigerator and freezer of all items
- Wash all dirty dishes including pots, pans, utensils, and coffee maker
- Take all trash to the trash bin
- Unplug small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, etc)
- Place all used towels (bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths) in the laundry basket
- Check all drawers, cabinets, and under furniture to remove misplaced or forgotten personal items
- Verify the balcony door is closed and lock the front door by pressing the Yale button when you leave

Rentals are offered by various local vendors to be delivered to the condo or you can rent items are the beach.
The maximum occupancy per unit is 4 adults per the Galveston Fire Code. This occupancy restriction also applies to the use of the common areas and swimming pools. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents at all times.
Sleeping arranges for maximum occupancy is as follows:
- 1 child under the age of 12 on the bottom bunk
- 1 child under the age of 12 on the top bunk
- 2 people on the queen bed in the bedroom
- 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room
Occupancy over the indicated capacity may result in the immediate removal of you and other members of your party from the Vacation Rental and forfeiture of all amounts paid.
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted at the Vacation Rental under any circumstances.
There are 2 TVs – 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room.

All condos at Casa del Mar are 1 bedroom with approximately 490 square feet. This unit has 1 bedroom, 2 bunk beds (kids under the age of 12 only), and a sofa bed.
The Victorian Homeowner’s Association, host, guest contact, and/or their agents have access to the condo. Such access may be necessary to resolve maintenance-related issues you report. In the event of an emergency (fire, medical, police, severe weather, etc), the Vacation Rental may be accessed without prior notice or permission.

Yes. A single serve coffee maker and a drip coffee maker are provided.
There is a small kitchenette that includes a 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and small sink. There is no dishwasher. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided.

Parking (4)
No. There is no reserved parking or assigned parking. Parking is first-come, first-served.
No boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, etc. are allowed to park on the property without advance permission of the Homeowner’s Association.
Paid parking is available onsite. Upon arrival please check in at the lobby to purchase your parking permit stay (limit 2 vehicles per condo unit). The parking permit is $20 plus tax until October 31, 2021. Starting November 1, 2021, the parking permit is $30 plus tax.
The private unit is located above the lobby so we advise parking as close to the lobby as possible.
