We try to accommodate early check-in requests when possible. Early check-in is least likely to be available during peak season (June – August). Please contact the host to request an early check-in.

Guests may access the property from 3 PM the day of check-in until 11 AM the day of checkout by using the keyless entry code provided prior to check-in.

The condo is privately-owned. The front desk does not have keys nor can they authorize access to private units.

Check-in is at any time after 3 PM.

Upon arrival, guests must check-in at the lobby to pay for a parking permit of $20 per vehicle (limit 2 cars per condo unit). The lobby attendant will provide a copy of the condo rules and Wi-Fi password.

Details will be provided by text or email with the keyless entry code at least 1 day prior to check-in. Casa del Mar employees cannot grant access to privately owned units.

Keyless self-check-in is 3 PM local time. The building lobby is open 24 hours a day for guests to pay for the required parking permit.

Yes. Toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Yes. Bath towels, wash rags, and hand towels are provided.

Yes. A hairdryer is provided and is stored in the bathroom drawer below the sink.

There is 1 full with tub/shower combo.

Yes. Each bed is prepared with a mattress protector, fitted sheet, flat sheet, blanket, and pillows (including pillow protectors and pillowcases). We also included bath towels, wash rags, and hand towels.

There are 4 beds.

• 1 queen-size bed in the bedroom (2 people)
• 2 bunk beds (1 person per bed under the age of 12)
• 1 sofa bed (2 people)

A queen-size bed in the bedroom. The 2 bunk beds are 72 inches long and 23 inches wide designed for children under the age of 10. The sofa bed is a queen short mattress.

Casa del Mar does not provide towels at the pool.

Pets are not allowed at Casa del Mar.

Yes. There are 2 pools including 1 pool that is heated during the winter. Swimming pool rules are posted in the pool areas. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the common areas or at the swimming pools.

Yes. The vending machine and ice machine are located on the 2nd floor.

Yes. Elevators are located throughout the property. To access the unit the most convenient elevator is located near the lobby.

• Empty the refrigerator and freezer of all items
• Wash all dirty dishes including pots, pans, utensils, and coffee maker
• Take all trash to the trash bin located near the ice machine in the hallway
• Unplug small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, etc)
• Place all used towels (bath towels, hand towels, wash rags) in the laundry basket
• Check all drawers, cabinets, and under furniture to remove misplaced or forgotten personal items
• Verify the balcony door is closed and lock the front door by pressing the Yale button when you leave

Rentals are offered by various local vendors to be delivered to the condo such as Bob’s Beach Rentals or you can rent items are the beach.

The maximum occupancy per unit is 4 adults and 2 children (under the age of 12) as per the Galveston Fire Code. This occupancy restriction also applies to the use of the common areas and swimming pools. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents at all times.

Sleeping arranges for maximum occupancy is as follows:

• 1 child under the age of 12 on the bottom bunk
• 1 child under the age of 12 on the top bunk
• 2 people on the queen bed in the bedroom
• 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room

Occupancy over the indicated capacity may result in the immediate removal of you and other members of your party from the Vacation Rental and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

Parties and large gatherings are not permitted at the Vacation Rental under any circumstances.

There are 2 TVs – 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room.

Bandaids, alcohol prep pads, cotton rounds, and cotton balls are available in the medicine cabinet. For a medical emergency please dial 911.

The suite is located in the heart of all the action at the intersection of 61st Street and Seawall Boulevard. Babe’s Beach is across the street. There are lots to do but lots to see right from the private balcony.

All condos at Casa del Mar are 1 bedroom with approximately 490 square feet. This unit has 1 bedroom, 2 bunk beds (kids under the age of 12 only), and a sofa bed.

Casa del Mar Homeowner’s Association, host, guest contact, and/or their agents have access to the condo. Such access may be necessary to resolve maintenance-related issues you report. In the event of an emergency (fire, medical, police, severe weather, etc), the Vacation Rental may be accessed without prior notice or permission.

Yes. Salt, pepper, garlic salt, and creole seasoning are provided.

Yes. Extra trash bags are located under the kitchen sink.

Yes. There are various options for grocery delivery in Galveston. Delivery time must after check-in and before check-out.

Yes. A single serve coffee maker and a drip coffee maker are provided.

There is a small kitchenette that includes a 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and small sink. There is no dishwasher. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided.

The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.

No. There is no reserved parking or assigned parking. Parking is first-come, first-served.

No boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, etc. are allowed to park on the property without advance permission of Casa del Mar management.

Paid parking is available onsite. Upon arrival please check in at the lobby to purchase your parking permit stay (limit 2 vehicles per condo unit). The parking permit is $20 plus tax until October 31, 2021. Starting November 1, 2021, the parking permit is $30 plus tax.

The private unit is located above the lobby so we advise parking as close to the lobby as possible.

Yes. The Wi-Fi password is provided as well as Casa del Mar rules when you check-in in the lobby.
